Join the Oakland Historical Society and Support Our History!
Becoming a member of the Oakland [NJ] Historical Society goes a long way to supporting the efforts to preserve Oakland's history. Member dues support Society events and educational programs, promote awareness of the historic value of sites like the Hendrik Van Allen home, helps us maintain and build upon our local history collections, and support the educational activities of our many volunteers.
Individual: $10 / year - For an individual adult.
Family: $15 / year — For families.
Student: $5 / year — Students 13-18 years of age.
Friends of OHS: $20 / year — Former residents of Oakland who wish to support the efforts to preserve the history of Oakland.
Business Sponsors: $100 / year -- Local businesses who want to support OHS. Business names and locations will be listed on the website as a sponsor!
Additional Donations are Always Welcome!
